Jenni Taylor is part of our Export Documentation Team based in Mt Gambier, joining International Timber Solutions in 2022. Jenni has worked in the Timber Industry for 20+ years having held positions with Weyerhaeuser Australia, Green Triangle Forest Products, Carter Holt Harvey, TimberLink Australia and now with International Timber Solutions. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the Sustainable Forestry Industry with roles in Logistics, Scheduling, Customer Service, Forecasting and Demand & Supply. Working for International Timber Solutions which has a culture of promoting safety and family values along with a great work ethic is what attracted Jenni to join the team.

Kristan has been an integral member of the International Timber Solutions team since 2014, cultivating strategic relationships with customers and suppliers across key global markets. With extensive experience in customer service and export operations, she brings a professional, solutions-focused approach to every aspect of the business. She leads purchasing operations throughout South America and directs sales into the Middle East and India, ensuring strong commercial alignment and seamless supply chain execution. Her hands-on approach ensures smooth coordination from origin through to delivery, while maintaining trust, transparency, and consistency. Having completed her Certificate IV in Business, Kristan combines hands-on industry expertise with strong commercial and strategic capability. She is focused on fostering long-term partnerships, driving performance across global markets, and supporting the continued growth of the organisation.

Debbie has been an integral part of International Timber Solutions since its inception in 2007. Currently serving as the General Manager in Mount Gambier, she also oversees Australian supply and logistics operations. Throughout her tenure at ITS, Debbie has held various roles in international trade, including purchasing, logistics, and international sales. Debbie's qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Wood Products Management from Melbourne University, a Certificate in Frontline Management from Business SA, a Pest Management Technician license for Methyl Bromide Fumigation, and an appointment as a DAWE Authorised Officer for timber and container inspection.

Tanya Pettingill was a member of the ITS team since its inception in 2007. Over her tenure, she has held a diverse range of roles across accounting, customer service, international trade, purchasing, logistics, and international sales. After several years away, Tanya rejoined ITS in 2025 and her current role is Export Documentation and Accounts. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Law) from Deakin University.
