Debbie has been an integral part of International Timber Solutions since its inception in 2007. Currently serving as the General Manager in Mount Gambier, she also oversees Australian supply and logistics operations. Throughout her tenure at ITS, Debbie has held various roles in international trade, including purchasing, logistics, and international sales. Debbie's qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Wood Products Management from Melbourne University, a Certificate in Frontline Management from Business SA, a Pest Management Technician license for Methyl Bromide Fumigation, and an appointment as a DAWE Authorised Officer for timber and container inspection.

Melena joined ITS in 2025, she is a dedicated Finance Officer with extensive experience across diverse industries, she brings a strong interest in tax planning, succession planning, and superannuation. With an analytical mindset and a passion for helping individuals and businesses navigate complex financial landscapes, she combines practical insight with strategic thinking. She also holds a Certificate IV in Accounting, supporting her commitment to accuracy and continuous professional growth.

Van Anh has been an integral part of ITS since 2019. Originally based in Vietnam, she has since relocated to Australia, where she plays a key role as an intermediary between the Australian and Vietnamese teams. Her diverse experiences in sales, administration, documentation and accounting, make her a valuable member of our team where she continues to bridge connections between regions.

Jessie Zhao is the Company Accountant and is based in Mt Gambier. Jessie has been in financial accounting in logistics roles and community organisations in Adelaide before moving to Mt Gambier in 2014. Jessie has a Bachelor Degree of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Adelaide, Certificate III in Business, and is studying towards CPA.
