Gerret Springer is Managing Director and founder of the company and is based in Mt Gambier. Gerret has experience in a wide range of managerial roles in small and large businesses including green field start-up as technical manager, project manager, production manager, site manager with multiple sites and international sales and marketing manager. He has business experience in the timber and prefabricated housing industry in Europe, North America and Australasia. Gerret holds a masters degree as Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl-Ing) in Wood and Fibre Engineering from the Technical University Dresden, Germany and published his post graduate work undertaken at the University of New Brunswick, Canada. Gerret is a Graduate of the International Programme of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Jonas Andexlinger is the Business Services Manager and is responsible for business processes as well as IT and is based in Mt Gambier. Jonas has a wide range of industry experiences in the field of production management, quality management, start-up and commissioning of industry equipment, scanning technology, writing software, optimisation and process improvements, in large corporations as well as smaller businesses. Originally from Switzerland, Jonas holds a degree as Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl. Ing. FH) as a Timber Engineer from the University of Applied Sciences Berne, Switzerland. Jonas moved to Australia in 2007, he has joined the ITS team in 2018.

Jonas loves anything technology, but also loves to do wood working in his free time.

Evelyn Overmaat is responsible for Administration Support and is based in Mt Gambier. Evelyn has seen many administration offices in Mt Gambier before joining the International Timber Solutions team.

Kristan Lunnay is responsible for Customer Service and in charge of Logistics since joining the International Timber Solutions team in 2014 bringing years of customer service experience. Since joining ITS she has practiced numerous aspects of the export industry including logistics, sales, purchasing, international trade and has now taken on the role of Customer Service and Logistics Manager. Kristan is currently studying Certificate IV in Business to further develop her skills and knowledge.

Alissa Hosking is responsible for Export Documentation and is based in Mt Gambier. Alissa had various roles at Weyerhaeuser Australia before joining International Timber Solutions in 2008.

Debbie has been an integral part of International Timber Solutions since its inception in 2007. Currently serving as the Acting Manager in Mount Gambier, she also oversees Australian supply and logistics operations. Throughout her tenure at ITS, Debbie has held various roles in international trade, including purchasing, logistics, and international sales. Debbie's qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Wood Products Management from Melbourne University, a Certificate in Frontline Management from Business SA, a Pest Management Technician license for Methyl Bromide Fumigation, and an appointment as a DAWE Authorised Officer for timber and container inspection.

Carmel Adams is our Administration Officer in Mount Gambier and is involved in accounts, export documentation and despatching. Carmel comes to ITS with experience in banking and administration. She has worked in all aspects of the banking sector from Customer Service Advisor to Branch Manager. Carmel also has a wide range of experience in administration/exporting coming from an administration/exporting role prior to joining ITS. Carmel joined the team at ITS in March 2022.

Jenni Taylor is part of our Export Documentation Team based in Mt Gambier, joining International Timber Solutions in 2022. Jenni has worked in the Timber Industry for 20+ years having held positions with Weyerhaeuser Australia, Green Triangle Forest Products, Carter Holt Harvey, TimberLink Australia and now with International Timber Solutions. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the Sustainable Forestry Industry with roles in Logistics, Scheduling, Customer Service, Forecasting and Demand & Supply. Working for International Timber Solutions which has a culture of promoting safety and family values along with a great work ethic is what attracted Jenni to join the team.

Jessie Zhao is the Company Accountant and is based in Mt Gambier. Jessie has been in financial accounting in logistics roles and community organisations in Adelaide before moving to Mt Gambier in 2014. Jessie has a Bachelor Degree of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Adelaide, Certificate III in Business, and is studying towards CPA.

Katrin Springer is working in Business Administration and Human Resources and is based in Mount Gambier. Katrin studied Civil Engineering in Germany and has a wide range of experiences in the fields of project management, budgeting, and planning. She has been part of ITS since inception.

Maree Little joined ITS in 2023 and has a vast industry experience...

Van Ahn has worked for ITS since 2020. Initially located in Vietnam, she is now working in Australia as an intermediary between Australia and Vietnam.

Justin Dawson joined International Timber Solutions as General Manager of our New Zealand operations in March 2020. He is based in Napier and is responsible for all supply from New Zealand. Justin has extensive experience across various segments of the timber industry, including sawmilling, processing and sales. He has close to 20 years’ experience in Sales and General manager roles. Justin prides himself on being able to find the right balance between the needs of the supplier and the customer, identifying the best solution for both. Justin believes that transparency and open communication are key to ensuring long-term, sustainable relationships. Justin holds a National Certificate in Solid Wood Processing.

Bianca-Rose Dawson joined the International Timber Solutions team in October 2021. Bianca is responsible for customer service, administration & logistics for our New Zealand operations.

Pania Hobdell joined International Timber Solutions New Zealand in September 2024. Pania is based in Napier and has come from a Sales & Marketing Manager role in the Timber Industry. Prior to joining the Timber Industry, she held technical and commercial roles in the Dairy and Food Ingredients Industries. Pania also spent a decade living and working in Japan, gaining valuable international business experience. At International Timber Solutions, she manages the Malaysian and Singapore markets, as well as a portion of the New Zealand supply chain.

Thomas Creveau is Vietnam Business Manager and resposible for Thailand Sales and is based in Ho Chi Minh city. Born and educated in Paris, Thomas is a creative and multi-cultural business developer. Working in South East Asia for the last 12 years, he is an action taker with an extensive experience trading commodity in the region.

Cuong is responsible for the sales development in Vietnam. After studying 5 years in New Zealand where he majored in International Business Studies, Cuong started his commodity trading. After 10 years specialized in the cashew nuts trading, Cuong switched to wood trading where his knowledge and skills helps ITS become one of the main timber suppliers in Vietnam.

Cuong loves football and is a hard supporter of Manchester United!

Chau is responsible for the office administration and customer support in Vietnam.

Tiffany Li is responsible for Taiwan Sales and customer service in Taichung, Taiwan. Tiffany has been office and branch manager for Northwest Hardwoods for many years before joining International Timber Solutions. Tiffany is a fully qualified accountant in Taiwan.

Frank Chao is working in sales and customer service in Tawian.

Evan Lee joined ITS in 2024 and is responsible for administration in Taiwan.

Adrian Hatch as a shareholder of Waddamana Forestry, an associated company of International Timber Solutions, is the point of contact for Log Export and Forest Operations. Adrian is a professional Forester with a Degree (Melbourne University) and Diploma in Forest Science, based near Melbourne in Australia. He has held a number of senior roles in the private and public sectors both in Australia and overseas. This has included roles in forest management, processing and export of log and timber products.
